Your consent indicates your representation that any telephone numbers or email address you provide to us are directly related to you or your company and not those of a third party, other than a business entity of which you represent as agent or employee; and you further understand your consent means that you are permitted to receive communication by any method provided to us. 

19. Call Recording & Monitoring
You consent when using our Services to the recording and monitoring, for quality assurance, training, risk management and/or collection purposes.  This consent covers the recording & monitoring of any call that you place with us,  (or our agents, representatives, affiliates, third parties or anyone calling on our behalf) or that we (or our agents, representatives, affiliates, third parties or anyone calling on our behalf) place to you .
